Beryl Fajardo Prior to joining Liliʻuokalani Trust, Beryl worked in tech firms — Cisco, Oracle, Equinix and Citrix — and served in leadership development roles at Hawaiian Airlines. Beryl holds a Doctorate in Human Performance (Ed.D.) from the University of Southern California, MA in Instructional Technology, and BA in Social Work from Jose State University. As Manager of Learning & Development at LT, her mission is to serve the Queen and her legacy, help and develop teammate skills and capabilities in the organization, contribute to the trust’s growth, and help create future success for our kamaliʻi.Although she was born and raised in the Bay Area, both her parents are from Hawaiʻi. Beryl’s fondest childhood memories include visiting her grandpa in Kalihi Valley, her sister in Waiʻanae, and cousins in Waialua.What brings her the most joy is spending time with family, sampling “the good eats in Hawaiʻi,” and being near the ocean — but not in the ocean! Beryl also collects vintage Hawaiiana and hopes to gather enough treasures someday to sell, share and trade.
