Dianne Sanae Carroll

Dianne Sanae Carroll, a Case Manager at Lydia House, has over a decade of experience helping adult offenders, and systems-involved youth and children in Hawaiʻi. She was a Substance Abuse Counselor before joining Lydia House.

In addition to many years in the social services field, Dianne Sanae has a Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. 

She is drawn to LT's mission to support the kamaliʻi and ʻōpio of Hawaiʻi and is honored to be a part of Queen Liliʻuokalani's legacy. “My belief is that Hawaiʻi's children and youth thrive on guidance, compassion and aloha," she says. "If I can help walk alongside their journey and challenges, whatever it may be, I will do so."

Dianne Sanae was born and raised on Oʻahu and has many fond memories of Honokaʻa, Hawaiʻi Island, where she also also grew up.

In her spare time, she enjoys working with children with special needs and volunteering with the Special Olympics. She also is fluent in American Sign Language.
