Joshua Perry Joshua Keliʻi Perry is the Facilities Maintenance Technician for Kīpuka Koʻolau Poko, providing essential support to LT kamaliʻi and ʻohana on the Windward side of Oʻahu.Before joining the trust, he accumulated 10 years of experience in the property management and facility maintenance sectors, overseeing both residential and commercial properties.He has a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.During his leisure time away from the Kīpuka, he enjoys surfing and diving in the deep ocean. He also treasures valuable time with his children.“I’m excited to be here at LT and be a part of this great organization,” he says. The mission and children's programs at LT leave him impressed, and he aims to contribute by assisting and supporting the keiki of Hawai’i.
