LT names Juli Torigoe VP & CFO

HONOLULU / JANUARY 23, 2020 – Liliʻuokalani Trust (LT) today announced the promotion of Juli Torigoe to vice president and chief financial officer. Ms. Torigoe will report to Dawn Harflinger, LT’s executive vice president and chief operating officer.

In her new role, Ms. Torigoe oversees the finance activities of the trust, including all financial, tax, and compliance matters. She joined LT as its controller in 2016. 

“Given the expansion of LT programs and a growing endowment, we are fortunate to have Ms. Torigoe’s expertise and experience,” said Harflinger.

Prior to LT, she worked at Servco Pacific Inc. for 10 years, most recently as finance director of the insurance group and previously as its corporate controller. She served in similar roles in retail and banking before Servco.

Ms. Torigoe is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Global Management Accountant. She has served on various non-profit boards, most recently as the treasurer of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii.

A graduate of Castle High School, Ms. Torigoe completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
