Haley Cup Choy Haley has served the Queen and the Hawaiian community since 2010 and is ever so grateful for the opportunity to do so. Born and raised on Oʻahu, she received her BA in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and an MSW from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Haley and her loving husband, Steven, live in Heʻeia with their son Kuʻeleʻele, who is the light and joy of their lives. Good times!
