Phoebe Shmull Phoebe Rei Ngetuberrai Shmull, aka “PB,” is a Youth Engagement Specialist at Lydia House and a full-time student at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Communicology.At Lydia House, she loves connecting with kamaliʻi, supporting her teammates, coordinating activities for the youth, and building connections with her community. Her desire to serve stems from her volunteer experiences on Guam — her birthplace — where she worked in nonprofit groups for youth. Phoebe is excited to continue serving children and families, while she is an undergraduate student. When Phoebe isn’t studying in school or serving at LT, she loves to travel, play soccer and volleyball, and write in her journal. Phoebe takes pride in her Palauan heritage. She moved from Guam to Oʻahu in 2022 to continue her education and is aiming for a master’s degree in the future.
