Sean Hanohano Sean Paul Iwikauikaua Hanohano enriches LT with his diverse skillset in human resources, Native Hawaiian studies, public and private organizational management, and elementary education. As an HR Business Partner for LT, Sean focuses on HR Ops, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition, leveraging his Human Resources Management degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. What captivated Sean about LT was its vibrant energy. “The people at LT carried a sense of positivity and aloha that was infectious,” Sean says. “LT's mission and core values resonated with me, inspiring me to make a bigger impact in our community.”In his free time, Sean plants kalo with his family, studies Hawaiian history, watches musical theater, and reads science-fiction and fantasy novels — especially the Harry Potter series, of which he is a “big fan.” A fun tidbit about Sean: He holds the title of VIP guest at his young niece’s make-believe “restaurant.”
