Tracy K. Packer, Manager
Tracy is primarily responsible for the Trust’s developed property portfolio, and also oversees certain corporate information and technology functions.
Before joining the Trust in January 2011, Tracy worked for the Honolulu Waldorf School in varying capacities. Her last position was as its Finance Manager.
Born and raised on O’ahu, Tracy earned a BBA degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. She is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools. Her reawakened interest in her cultural heritage has led to further/continued education in Hawaiian cultural activities with Na Hanona o ka Halau Hula Pa Ola Kapu.
Tracy enjoys her free time with her husband and two children.
