Staci Hanashiro Staci was born and raised in Kaneohe and a proud product of the Windward district public school system. She obtained her BSW from the University of Hawai‘i at Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work, and later her MSW from the Boston University School of Social Work.Prior to working at Lili‘uokalani Trust, Staci has worked in the fields of HIV/AIDS, gerontology, and maternal and child health.Staci has always admired the Queen’s legacy, her ability to remain steadfast in her commitment in serving Native Hawaiian children, and the work of the Trust.She and her husband are proud parents of two amazing children, and support their schools and community through their volunteer work.
